7-day exchange policy
We want you to be happy with your stand. If something isn't right, you can exchange it within 7 days of delivery.
Check your order before you pay the rest
Every order comes with open-box delivery. Please open the box and check your item in front of the rider before you pay the rest of your order. If anything is damaged, missing or not what you ordered, please don't accept the parcel and message us on WhatsApp.
Exchanges within 7 days
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number.
- The item must be unused, with all its parts, in the original packaging.
- You can exchange it for another product or get store credit. We don't offer cash refunds.
Faulty or wrong items
If your item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, we will exchange it and pay the courier cost.
Return courier cost
For all other exchanges, you pay the courier cost to send the item back to us.
Items we can't exchange
Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or sent back without all their parts or original packaging.
